During the holiday season, a peak time for retail, Douglas looked for efficient ways to train their staff. Instead of PDFs and PowerPoints, we took a different route with "A Very Douglas Christmas" - turning the company's seasonal training into a story-driven activation.
4 microlearning courses were packed with quizzes and challenges, offering an interactive and fun way to learn.
The activation sparked 1,400 quiz completions in the courses, and generated nearly 1k likes on shared content on the wall.
